Practitioner levels are the first levels for students. Each level has its own syllabus and specific requirements.
Grading tests are designed to move an individual from one grade to the next, containing technical, theoretical, and tactical subjects covering self-defence and fighting skills; the tests also include a review of material contained in previous levels as a mandatory requirement.
Although these are the 4 main levels there are others including, Young Practitioner for those aged below 16, which is divided into 10 smaller levels. Master is the last grade which is held by Gabi Noah.
Minimum requirements for grading:
Grading is points based. For Practitioner levels, students must gain a minimum of 50 points. 40 of these points must be gained through regular classes. 1 point is gained every time a student attends a class. 10 points must be gained through seminars, which are held in each country 1 to 2 times a year. 5 points are gained for every 4 hour seminar that is attended. Seminars are normally 1 day containing 2 four hour seminars. After achieving the minimum points students must obtain the permission of their instructor before they can grade.
